Shipping and terms

Shipping: Ships November 2026, due to high demand. Shipping is included worldwide and every machine is fully insured.

Payment: Paid in full at checkout.

Taxes and duties: Included in the price, everywhere. VAT, import duties, taxes and customs fees are on us: you pay the price you see at checkout and nothing on delivery.

Warranty: 1 year on parts and labor. Every machine passes a 72-hour burn-in before it ships. EU consumers also keep their 2-year legal guarantee.

Returns: Cancel any time before your machine ships for a full refund. After delivery you have 14 days to return it, with return shipping on you. A 25% restocking fee applies outside the EU and the UK.
