Shipping policy
Shipping and import duties are included in the price of every Lucebox, worldwide, and every shipment is fully insured. VAT is included in Europe and the United Kingdom. In the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
When your machine ships
Machines are hand-assembled in batches. A Lucebox Zero 495 is estimated to ship in January 2027, with 128 GB or 192 GB of memory, and the current estimate is always shown on the product page when you order. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, because each machine is manufactured to order. If a batch slips, we tell you by email rather than letting you wonder.
Before any machine ships, it runs a 72-hour full-system test. You get tracking by email the day it leaves.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries that appear at checkout. If your country is listed there, we ship to it. If it is missing and you want a machine, write to support@lucebox.com and we will look into it.
Taxes, duties and customs
The price you pay at checkout is the final price. It includes shipping, VAT, and any import duties, taxes, customs charges and clearance fees, wherever you are. The one exception is US sales tax: in the United States it is added at checkout where it applies, and you see it before you pay. We pay everything else, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Deliveries outside the European Union, including the United States and the United Kingdom, ship with duties and taxes paid by us.
If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty, tax or clearance fee on your order, write to support@lucebox.com before paying and we settle it with the carrier.
Delivery details
Check the shipping address on your order confirmation. You can change it by emailing support@lucebox.com at any time before the machine ships. A Lucebox weighs 6 kg and ships in protective packaging that a courier will normally ask you to sign for.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, or of the expected delivery date, and we handle the insurance claim and get you a working machine.
