Refund policy

This policy covers machines bought from Lucebox, operated by AGMI AI, Inc. Questions about any of it go to support@lucebox.com.

Cancelling before your machine ships

Machines are built and shipped in batches, so there is usually a wait between your order and your delivery. You can cancel at any point before your machine ships and receive a full refund, with no fee. Write to support@lucebox.com from the email address on the order.

Returns after delivery

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. To be accepted, the machine has to come back complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with every accessory it shipped with.

  • A restocking fee of 25% of the machine price is deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping and insurance are paid by you.
  • Import duties and taxes you paid to your own country are not refundable by us. Claim those back from your customs authority.

Start a return by emailing support@lucebox.com. Wait for our return authorisation and instructions before sending anything back, because unannounced deliveries can be refused.

Refunds

Once your machine reaches us and passes inspection, we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

If a returned machine arrives damaged, incomplete, or physically modified, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss, or decline the return and send the machine back to you.

Machines that arrive faulty or damaged

This is not a return, and none of the fees above apply. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we repair or replace the machine and pay the shipping both ways. Every machine runs a 72-hour full-system test before it leaves us, and shipments are fully insured, so photograph any transit damage before you unpack further.

Warranty

Every Lucebox carries a 3-year warranty on parts and labor, which is separate from this policy and runs from the delivery date. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised hardware modification, or normal cosmetic wear. Installing your own software or your own models never voids the warranty.
