Taxes and duties: Prices exclude VAT. Your country's VAT is added at checkout. Orders ship from Italy, so EU deliveries pay no import duties or customs fees.

Warranty: 1 year on parts and labor. Every machine passes a 72-hour burn-in before it ships. EU consumers also keep their 2-year legal guarantee.

Returns: Cancel any time before your machine ships for a full refund. After delivery you have 14 days to return it, with return shipping on you. A 25% restocking fee applies outside the EU and the UK.
